All these special recipes and stories about 8 years of BAUT come together in this unique cookbook.<\/p>\n<p>Michiel van der Eerde gained his knowledge and experience as a chef in top gastronomy at La Rive** (Amstel Hotel), De Hoefslag*, Bokkedoorns** and Oud Sluis***, among others. He was ultimately responsible for several hospitality concepts such as Envy, Mazzo, Nevy, Nomads and Supperclub.
