Jean-Pierre Bourgeois is the world-renowned photographer behind over 500 covers and photo reports for Lui, Playboy, Penthouse and other major men's magazines. In his coffee-table book ‘Best of Lui: Sea, Sex & Sun,’ Bourgeois presents his complete body of work. 

For 28 years, the undisputed master of chic erotic photography from the 1980s through the 2000s photographed the world's most beautiful women for Lui magazine, in dream palaces on the Riviera or on the tropical beaches of the Seychelles, Bahamas, Philippines and Santo Domingo. Photos of these beautiful models of various nationalities graced the covers and inside pages of the biggest international photo magazines. Today, prints of Jean-Pierre Bourgeois’ photographs are sold at auctions, in the contemporary art department, and exhibited in galleries in Paris and London.

Lui is a famous French adult entertainment and men's lifestyle magazine founded in 1963. It is known for combining softcore erotica with high-quality journalism and pop culture. In the past, the cover always featured famous stars and supermodels, and the magazine is still published.
